Our vacation rentals are conveniently located just 30-45 minutes away (depending on traffic) from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and only 30 minutes away from Punta Gorda Airport (Allegiant Air).

Experience the beauty of Southwest Florida's beaches easily from our vacation rentals. We are just 30 minutes from Ft. Myers Beach, 45 minutes from Sanibel Island Beaches, and an hour away from Captiva Beaches (including Bowman's Beach, one of our favorites for shelling). Along with these popular spots, there are plenty of other stunning beaches nearby waiting to be explored. We provide all the beach essentials, including a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and toys. To make the most of your beach day, we recommend arriving early, packing lunch, and enjoying the entire day. While there is a parking fee at the beaches, it is worth it for the experience.

Our vacation rentals feature saltwater pools that are heated for your comfort. We aim to keep the temperature between 85° and 87°. The pool cleaner comes weekly, and there is no additional charge for pool heating as it is included in your stay. We provide beach and pool towels for your convenience, and kindly ask that you launder them before you depart to assist our cleaning team.

Experience the best of outdoor activities with our vacation rentals. Each house has kayaks, bikes, and a paddle board for your enjoyment. Life jackets are provided for both adults and children. Fishing poles and some gear are also provided, though you may need to visit Walmart to replenish supplies for your favorite fishing lures. We kindly ask that you leave the fishing equipment in good condition. While Florida is home to many alligators, the risk of an unprovoked fatal attack is extremely low compared to other dangers. The lakes and canals are perfect for boating and fishing, while the pools and beaches are ideal for swimming.

To ensure a seamless transition for our guests, we have strict arrival and departure times. Our cleaning team requires time to clean the house before the next guest arrives thoroughly. Please plan to depart by 10 AM and arrive after 4 PM. If your travel arrangements have you arriving early, we suggest spending the day at the beach or booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule.

Our vacation rentals come equipped with Keurig coffee machines and some also have drip coffee makers. Blenders and all necessary kitchen accessories are provided. We usually have a small supply of spices left by previous guests, and we clear out the refrigerators and freezers between each stay. You will need to purchase your own condiments and food items. If you have unopened food upon departure, we will gladly donate it to those in need –– or if it's really good stuff, our cleaning team may appreciate it!

We understand the needs of families with young children. Each of our houses is outfitted with a pack-and-play, a high chair, or a chair with a tray that easily attaches to a dining table chair. While we provide a twin sheet for the pack-and-play, please feel free to bring your own if preferred. Most of our houses also have children's books, as we have 12 grandchildren under the age of 13!

Our vacation rentals are within a mile or two of Publix grocery stores and Walmart, ensuring easy access to any essentials. You'll also find Walgreens and CVS conveniently located on almost every corner. For those looking to indulge in some shopping, there are various options, such as Miromar Outlets, Edison Mall, Bell Tower, and Coconut Point - Shopping Center In Estero, FL. When it comes to dining, you'll be spoiled for choice with hundreds of restaurants and the option for takeout.

To accommodate all our guests, we strictly enforce a no-pet and no-smoking policy. Unfortunately, Cathy is highly allergic to pets, including service animals. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these rules. Failure to comply will result in a significant deposit penalty.

With us, you won't encounter any unexpected fees. Unlike competitors, we do not charge for electric usage or pool/spa heating after your departure. We understand that these surprise charges can be frustrating, so we have eliminated them from our pricing structure. While damage deposits penalties are rare due to the respect our guests have for our properties, we may occasionally need to retain a portion of the deposit for excessive damage. Rest assured, our guests are known for treating our homes with utmost care, as if it were their own.
